Buckhurst Apprentices Achieve Outstanding Results in Final Assessments

Buckhurst Plant Hire is proud to celebrate the achievements of two of our workshop apprentices, Brandon and Will, who have both successfully completed their End Point Assessments and are now fully qualified Land-Based Service Engineers / Technicians in Construction Plant and Machinery.

Both Brandon and Will have shown exceptional commitment, skill and determination throughout their apprenticeships, and their final results reflect the hard work they’ve put in.

Brandon’s passed both his online and practical assessments with merit and managed to achieve a distinction in his professional discussion-  highlighting his strong technical understanding and confidence in applying his knowledge in real‑world scenarios.

When catching up with Will and Brandon after the results came through, Brandon commented, “I’ve learned a lot during my apprenticeship, especially working hands‑on with different types of machinery. The team has always been there to help and push me to improve. It’s been a great experience and I’m really proud to have completed it.”

Will also passed both his online and practical assessments and gained a distinction in his professional discussion as well - demonstrating his excellent communication skills and depth of practical experience gained during his time with Buckhurst.

Will added, “The apprenticeship has given me the skills and confidence to take the next step in my career. I’ve enjoyed getting stuck into the practical work and learning from people who really know the industry. I’m grateful for the support and excited for what’s ahead.”

We are incredibly proud of both Brandon and Will for their achievements. They have each shown maturity, dedication and a genuine passion for the industry. Their success is a testament to their hard work and the support of the Buckhurst team who have guided them along the way.
