Backing the Sharks: A Proud Night for Buckhurst Plant Hire

On Saturday evening, the Buckhurst team had the pleasure of attending Round 1 of the Premiership Women’s Rugby season, where Sale Sharks Rugby Club Women faced off against Leicester Tigers Women.

It was a brilliant night of rugby, with Sale Sharks delivering a commanding performance in front of a packed stadium. The energy was electric—and the emphatic win made it all the more special.

Before kick-off, we were treated to a Q&A session with Morwenna Talling, who brought along the Women’s Rugby World Cup trophy— a fantastic moment for fans and guests alike.

After the match, we were thrilled to meet Amy Cokayne, one of the Sale Sharks Women players we’re proud to sponsor this season. Amy made her club debut in style, crossing the line with a driving maul just six minutes in to score Sale’s first points of the season—and her first for the club.

It was a fantastic evening all round, with impressive performances from both teams. We’re already looking forward to cheering on Sale Sharks Women again next month!
