Learning with iHasco

To help our team stay up to date, we’ve recently introduced iHasco, an e-learning platform covering essential health and safety training.

From plant operation to office-based awareness courses, iHasco allows staff to learn at their own pace, ensuring that everyone at Buckhurst, in all depots and departments, has access to the latest guidance and compliance information.

It’s another step towards making sure safety remains consistent at every level of Buckhurst, no matter the job or location.

Developing Skills for the Future

We’re also proud to have Bibijanca Pearson-Walker (Group Head of Human Resources) and Dominic Gibbons (SHEQ Manager) attending November's CITB Skills & Training Conference, an event focused on the future of the construction workforce, skills development, and best practice across the industry.

Their involvement helps us bring back fresh ideas and knowledge that support both our people and the wider company, ensuring we continue to grow, adapt, and maintain the high standards our customers rely on.
